DUMBAKOD LTD retains the right to use general-purpose tools, frameworks, libraries, and non-proprietary code components developed during the project.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Making payments according to the agreed-upon schedule.

7. Limitation of Liability

DUMBAKOD LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

8. Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive to deliver high-quality work, we do not guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted. Any warranties specific to a project are defined in the corresponding project agreement.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement as outlined in the project agreement. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of termination. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website at any time without notice.

10. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or use automated tools to scrape or collect data from our site. All content on the DUMBAKOD LTD website is the property of DUMBAKOD LTD and may not be reproduced without permission.
